ONDEX has perfected a manufacturing process which calls upon state-of-the-art technology as well as perfect line production control: the BI-ORIENTATION of the sheets.
The BI-ORIENTATION of ONDEX sheets consists in drawing out the sheets lengthwise and crosswise during manufacturing under defined temperature and speed conditions which are perfectly mastered.
The BI-ORIENTATION increases the molecular adhesion of the material creating their "linking". The bi-oriented sheeting mechanical characteristics are greatly increased without adding reinforcing chemical agents to the material.
The Impact and Tensile Strength (ITS) of an ONDEX Bi-oriented sheet can be more than 3 times superior to that of others.
